Integration and optimization of information resources for scientific progress

Abstract

Information system eScience is a publicly available system for monitoring scientific work of researchers and institutions in the Republic of Serbia. University Library „Svetozar Marković“ helped in the process of unification data for the eScience from different information systems and offered help to scientific research organizations in the Republic of Serbia (NIO) in achieving the highest and more representative metadata quality of researchers’ scientific results. In the paper will be presented package of services that University Library created for NIOs that didn’t had personnel and technical capabilities to use eScience system independently.
