Abstract

The Information Society — INFOSOC National Research, Development, and Innovation Program is presented as a part of the National Research, Development, and Innovation Plan for 2001-2005 financed by the Romanian Government. The Program includes three projects for libraries dealing with interlibrary online network in educa-tional and information-documentation activities, Internet-based Educational System, and IT&C di-stributed network for bibliographic and docu-mentation information.
