Otvoreni obrazovni resursi i zemlje u razvoju
Abstract
Ovaj rad bavi se globalnim društveno-ekonomskim kontekstom pojave otvorenih obrazovnih resursai njihove posebne uloge u obrazovnim sistemima zemalja u razvoju.Centralno mesto dato je samom pojmu obrazovanja, koji će biti razrađen kroz odabrane kritike i analize reformi obrazovnih sistema, kao i pitanja osnovnih uslova, metoda podučavanja i očekivanih rezultata u obrazovanju. Posebna pažnja posvećena je globalnom siromaštvu, odnosno nejednakom globalnom razvoju, a u skladu s tim i sve agresivnijoj reprodukciji postojećih društveno-ekonomskih odnosa kroz nejednako obrazovanje. Razmatranje ovih opštih uslova za rezultat ima neizbežno skeptičan i kritički pristup ideološkim, tehnološkim i pedagoškim aspektima inicijativa koje kreiraju i promovišu otvorene obrazovne resurse.
